I’ve been coming here for about three years. They wouldn’t wave my same day cancelation fee of 75$ after I explained my grandmother had a nasty fall . Don’t come here unless you’re a psychic and predict the future . Money hungry!

I have been a patient at Newton Smile Center since it opened in 2010. My first procedure was a front teeth reconstruction. At the time, I didn’t research previous client experiences—I simply trusted Dr. Benaissa because he clearly explained every step of the process.
As I’ve gotten older (now 63), I’ve needed more oral reconstruction. This past year, I required two implants. Again, Dr. Benaissa guided me through my options and explained the costs in detail. The entire process took just over five months and was completed last week. I am writing this review because of the outstanding attention to detail I experienced in Dr. Benaissa’s chair. He never settles for “okay.” Within hours of leaving Newton Smile Center, I looked and felt like my younger self.
I also want to recognize Marinila—she always takes the time to connect and makes sure you are perfectly comfortable in the dentist’s chair. She listens well and communicates effectively with Dr. Benaissa.
The practice has a new team member at the front desk, Clare, who is always friendly and professional, as well as a new dental hygienist (sorry I can't remember her name) who is gentle and efficient.

Today was truly the best dental visit we’ve ever had.
Dr. Marjeta not only cleaned my daughter’s teeth, but also took extra time to help her after she recently started orthodontic treatment with braces. She personally demonstrated proper brushing and dental flossing and patiently guided my daughter through every step. Her care was incredibly gentle, detailed, and thoughtful throughout the entire visit.
My daughter is usually very nervous about dental appointments, but today she was genuinely happy and relaxed — which means everything to me as a parent.
Thank you so much, Dr. Marjeta. And thank you as well to all the doctors and the kind ladies at the front desk. We truly appreciate the professionalism, warmth, and care from the entire team.

This was as pleasant experience as you could ever hope for with a Dentist visit, the work i am having is not light work but the Staff were super caring and made notes of each visit to ensure they can always meet your comfort levels. Its taken me a while to find the right Dentist and im very happy i found them.

Today was my first visit to Newton smile Centre. Tiffany and Marinila took my X ray then Tiffany cleaned my teeth, she also explained the images and my condition clearly and showed me what she meant on the screen. The clinic is clean bright and inviting and I enjoyed my dental appointment

Always friendly flexible and gentle! Also has a great experience with Invisalign, overcrowding in my front bottom teeth fixed in mine trays no regrets! Highly recommend. Facility is clean and staff is wonderful!
